Beach Session this Saturday(12.07) at 10am. Meet at Little Haven Hotel, South Shields.. no flip flops.. just sandshoes ie/ trainers ! Don't forget the fun day is after this session and we need players to assist in the running of events. Physio is available from Monday the 14th.. starts at 6pm.. if you are training then get there first so you can be finished in time to start training at 7pm. Cheers

training will start wednesday 9 th July at drydon centre for all Junior sides meet at club and training will start 6.30pm till 8pm .All U17& 18,s bring boots and protective clothing as we will start with some contact.

Training will commence on the 23rd June at 7pm on the Dryden PDC fields and finish at approx. 8.30pm. Change at the club and walk along or arrive prepared. The following session will be on Thursday 26th, same time, same place, and each Monday and Thursday until we add Saturdays later on in the summer.

Under 15 and 16s good training session on Wednesday night. Same time and place next week and remember to bring your own water or juice and remind any of the lads who were missing last week about the time and venue. Also encourage any of your pals to come along and try out.

On behalf of Daniel Carter (U12's) can I please express my (our) thanks to the Mini's Management and Coaching Staff for a very enjoyable season. This was Dan's first rugby season and he (and I) have really enjoyed the experience! Dan has enjoyed every minute of every training session and especially every game that he has participated in. He can't wait until 2008 - 2009 in the undr 13's. Thanks especially for Frank, Chris and Big Rowelly for the training and endless encouragement and also to Dawn and Cheri for organising things. Everyone has worked tirelesly for the kids - a remarkable club! Les.

SPORTS MASSAGE For anyone interested Sports Massage sessions are now available on a Saturday morning down at Gateshead Stadium Sports Science building, appointments are available from 10am - 11am and 11.30am - 12.30pm.
